“The diversity in sectors and issues to work on is exciting”
Her first experiences of carrying out cluster projects was in the Cali Chamber of Commerce, on regional development projects. And after a year of living in England, she became part of the Cluster Development team on her return.
What she likes most about this job is the constant change of industries and issues being worked on, from clinical excellence, jewellery or sports, to projects linked with construction or snacks. This diversity allows her to gain experience and sometimes change the reality of the industries being worked on.
She dedicates her free time to reading, dancing, and yoga -although she doesn’t consider herself to be very athletic- and tidying her house, as she admits she is a bit of a clean freak.
